The amount of time that is wasted through poor project management is something that irritates me given my background. The level of internecine conflict that can be caused by the lack of a clear programme leader and clear visibility of outline costs, other team deliverables and  timescales is beyond belief. Add to this the inappropriate and ill-informed use of social networking sites to create a Babel effect and we are well on our way to a cohesive team effort!

I have tried to discuss agile approaches but with no success.
